Tiffany Tucker, the visionary leader behind Hire Right Solutions LLC, brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and innovation to the field of job acquisition and business consultation. A graduate of Temple University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and an advanced degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, Tiffany has devoted their career to empowering individuals and fostering inclusive opportunities.
Throughout her professional journey, Tiffany has held key roles that showcase her passion for creating pathways to success:
- As a Job Coach at Woods Services, Tiffany was instrumental in the development and management of the Yellow Daffodil Flower Shop, Common Grounds Coffee Shop, and Local Gym and Recycling Enclaves, providing meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and autism.
- Through volunteer work with LIFT Philadelphia, Tiffany offered job acquisition, resume writing workshops and state/local benefits counseling to underprivileged populations, helping countless individuals achieve sustainable employment.
- As the Director of Business Operations at a Support Coordination Agency, Tiffany highlighted person-centered approaches to goal success, ensuring tailored strategies for diverse needs.
In 2015, Tiffany founded The Right Words LLC, a company specializing in job acquisition and small business consultation services. Their expertise has driven numerous projects in job development and skill-building for the IDD and autism populations, solidifying their reputation as a leader in inclusive employment practices. The R.I.G.H.T. Technique, a revolutionary framework designed to optimize personal and professional growth through strategic goal setting and action planning.
Tiffany holds certifications as a Professional Project Manager and a Certified Employment Specialist Professional, underscoring their commitment to delivering exceptional results.
