How can I refer a job seeker?
Whether you are a potential client, family member, support coordinator, or provider, go to the “Our Services” page to submit a referral. An intake specialist will be in contact to discuss services and next steps.
How can I be connected to a job seeker?
If you are new to partnering with us or a current community partner, go to the “Employers” page to get in touch with an employment specialist. We will assist with posting the job, and connecting you to job seekers, at no cost to you!

Who is eligible for services?
Clients must have one of the following:
Intellectual Disability (ID):
- Full-scale IQ of ~70 or below (two standard deviations below the mean).
- Significant limitations in maturation, learning, independence, or social responsibility.
- Substantial deficits in at least three major life areas (e.g., self-care, communication, learning, mobility, independence).
Autism:
- Substantial deficits in three or more major life areas as assessed through standardized testing.
- Diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required (ID may also be present).
- Significant limitations in standards of maturation, learning, independence, or social responsibility.
Do we offer transportation assistance or adaptive technology?
Hire Right Solutions requires our employment specialist to hold a valid Driver’s License and vehicle in order to work closely in supporting our clients with job acquisition and retention.
Collaboration with the client’s support and family to coordinate transportation according to needs, finances and job schedule.
Hire Right Solutions partners with variety of companies including Lyft Drive Share and organizations offering grants for transportation.
As a job seeker, how much will this cost?
Hire Right Solutions will be able to accept Medicaid insurance payments for individuals receiving ID/A and Base Funded Waivers under the Office of Developmental Programs.
** ID/A waivers include the Consolidated, Person/Family Directed Supports (P/FDS), and Community Living Waivers.
